摘要
目的探讨程序化急诊护理路径应用于儿科急诊护理中的效果,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择河南省儿童医院郑州儿童医院急诊科2020年2月—2022年2月收治的100例患儿作为研究对象。根据患儿就诊先后顺序将患儿分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿采用传统儿科急诊护理干预。研究组患儿采用程序化急诊护理路径干预。比较2组患儿急诊就诊期间不良事件发生率。比较2组患儿家属护理满意度。结果研究组患儿不良事件发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属护理总满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论程序化急诊护理路径在儿科急诊护理中的应用效果显著,能降低患儿急诊就诊期间不良事件发生率,提高患儿家属护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the programmed emergency care pathway in pediatric emergency care,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 100 children admitted to the Emergency Department of Henan Children's Hospital/Zhengzhou Children's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study participants.They were assigned to the study group and the control group following the order of presentation,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the control and the study groups received the conventional pediatric emergency care intervention and programmed emergency care pathway intervention,respectively.The incidence of adverse events during emergency department visits was compared between the 2 groups.The overall family satisfaction rate with care was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall family satisfaction rate with care in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Programmed emergency care pathway is effective in pediatric emergency care,which can reduce the incidence of adverse events during emergency treatment and increase the care satisfaction of children's families.These benefits justify a wider application of this technique.
