摘要
胶层厚度是影响粘接强度的重要因素之一。详细考察了胶层厚度变化对J-421胶粘剂粘接不同材质试片拉剪强度的影响,以及湿热老化前粘接性能的变化。对比数据表明,J-421对铝合金、复材F0和F45试片均具有较好的粘接性能,拉剪强度大部分呈现随胶层厚度增大而降低的趋势。因此,固定胶层厚度为0.1mm时,J-421粘接铝合金试片的室温拉剪强度高达47.04MPa,综合粘接性能及耐湿热老化稳定性优异。
The thickness of adhesive layer is one of the important factors which affects the bonding strength.The effect of various adhesive layer thickness on the tensile-shear strength of J-421 adhesive bonded to different materials is investigated,and the changes in bonding properties after heat-moisture treatment are researched in detail.The comparative data show that J-421 has good bonding properties to aluminium alloy,composite F0and F45 test pieces,and most of the tensile-shear strength decreases with the increase of adhesive layer thickness.Therefore,when the adhesive layer thickness is fixed at 0.1mm,the tensile-shear strength of J-421 bonded aluminum alloy test pieces is up to 47.04MPa at room temperature,the com-prehensive bonding performance and moisture-heat resistance is outstanding.
