摘要
目的研究PDCA循环法在病案首页质控中的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月—2022年3月宁德师范附属学院宁德市医院110例患者病案资料,2020年10月—2021年6月实施常规质控管理的55例患者病案资料作为常规组,2021年7月—2022年3月实施PDCA循环法的55例患者病案资料作为实验组。对比两组病案首页质控情况、临床工作质量评分、病案管理工作满意度、甲级率、责任评分。结果实验组病案首页质控情况、病案管理工作满意度均明显优于常规组,实验组临床工作质量评分、甲级率以及责任评分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在病案首页质控中应用PDCA循环法,具有良好效果,能够显著提高病案质量。
Objective To study the application value of PDCA cycle in the quality control of the first page of medical records.Methods The medical record data of 110 patients in Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from October 2020 to March 2022 and 55 patients with routine quality control management from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the routine group.From July 2021 to March 2022,medical records of 55 patients who received the PDCA cycle method were used as the experimental group.The quality control situation of the first page of medical records,clinical work quality score,medical record management satisfaction,grade A rate and responsibility score were compared between the two groups.Results The quality control of the first page of medical records and the satisfaction of medical records management in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the clinical work quality score,grade A rate and responsibility score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the quality control of the first page of medical records has a good effect and can significantly improve the quality of medical records.
