摘要
目的观察中波段紫外线照射在糖尿病骨质疏松患者中的临床疗效。方法选择2022年6—9月在黑龙江省医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者20例,将20例糖尿病骨质疏松患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组10例。两组均采用ATWL-Y-I型多波段光普治疗仪,治疗组应用LED半导体窄谱光源UVB 310 nm中波紫外线照射腹部或腰部,对照组采用LED半导体窄谱光源波长为630 nm红光和940 nm红外光照射腹部或腰部。每天照射腹和背部各两次,持续照射20 d。治疗前后化验血清维生素D水平、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶,检查骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)等指标的变化。结果治疗20 d后,治疗组骨密度BMD值及维生素D含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用中波段紫外线照射2型糖尿病骨质疏松症患者,临床疗效较好,体现了《原发性骨质疏松症诊疗指南》的执行标准。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of UVB radiation in patients with diabetic osteoporosis.Methods A total of 20 patients with type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis who were hospitalized in the department of endocrinology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from June to September 2022 were selected.A total of 20 patients with diabetic osteoporosis were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 10 cases in each group.Two groups were all treated with ATWL-Y-I multi-band optical general therapeutic apparatus.The abdomen or waist was irradiated with LED semiconductor narrow-band light source UVB 310 nm ultraviolet B in the treatment group,and the abdomen or waist was irradiated with red light and 940 nm infrared light at the wavelengths of 630 nm and 940 nm in the control group.The abdomen and back were irradiated twice a day for continuous 20 days.Serum vitamin D levels,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and alkaline phosphatase were tested before and after treatment,and the bone mineral density(BMD)was examined.Results After 20 days of treatment,the BMD and vitamin D content of the treatment group were significantly increased and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and alkaline phosphatase and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ultraviolet ultraviolet radiation to patients with type 2 diabetes osteoporosis has a good clinical effect.It reflects the implementation standards of Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of primary osteoporosis.
