接触式电子测温仪在健康成人与癌因性疲乏患者艾灸热感温度测量中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Contact Electronic Thermal Instrument on Healthy Adults and Patients with Cancer-Related Fatigue for Moxibustion Thermal Sensitivity

摘要 目的 通过接触式电子测温仪测量癌因性疲乏患者与健康成人在施灸过程中各阶段热感的温度阈值区间,分析不同受试者对施灸热感反应的温度区别,旨在促进中医灸法的灸温客观化,从而更好地指导临床应用。方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取2021年11—12月在福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院肿瘤科住院的29例化疗患者作为癌因性疲乏患者组,另选取福建中医药大学护理学院2017级护理学专业的32名健康学生作为健康成人组。两组实施温和灸时采用研制的接触式电子测温仪分别测量初感、舒适感和灼热感时足三里穴位的温度,采用SPSS 24.0进行数据统计分析。结果 接触式电子测温仪共测量受试者61名,183次,全程均能敏感地显示出温度。两组的初感温度、舒适感温度、灼热感温度依次升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌因性疲乏患者组的初感温度、舒适感温度均高于健康成人组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌因性疲乏患者组的灼热感温度低于健康成人组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 接触式电子测温仪对施灸温度测量具有一定的敏感性与稳定性,不同机体状态对艾灸热感反应的温度具有差异性,通过灸温的客观化能更好指导艾灸法的临床应用。 Objective By measuring the temperature threshold range of the thermal sensation at each stage of moxibustion in patients with cancer-related fatigue and healthy adults with contact electronic thermal instrument,the temperature differences of different subjects to moxibustion thermal reaction were analyzed,to promote the objectification of moxibustion temperature in traditional Chinese moxibustion,so as to better guide clinical application.Methods With selection of 29 chemotherapy patients hospitalized in the oncology department of the Third People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November to December 2021 as the patient group with cancer-related fatigue,and 32 healthy students from the 2017 grade nursing major of the College of Nursing of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the healthy adult group,by using the convenient sampling method, the temperature of Zusanli acupoints at the initialfeeling, comfort feeling and burning feeling were measured by developed contact electronicthermal instrument, during mild moxibustion in both gr oups, with SPSS 24.0 as data statisticalanalysis tool. Results A total of 61 subjects were tested with the contact electronic thermalinstrument for 183 times, and the temperatures could be displayed sensitively throughoutthe whole process. The initial feeling temperature, comfort feeling temperature and burningfeeling temperature of the two groups increased in turn, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P < 0.05);The initial feeling temperature and comfortable feeling temperature ofcancer fatigue patients group were higher than those of healthy adults group, and the differencewas statistically significant (P< 0.05);The burning feeling temperature of cancer-related fatiguepatients group was lower than that of healthy adults group, but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P> 0.05). Conclusion With the sensitivity and stability of contact electronic thermalinstrument to the measurement of moxibustion temperature, the temperature of different bodystates to moxibustion thermal response is different, and moxibustion can be better guided inclinical application through the objectification of moxibustion temperature.
