摘要
国医大师张震通过继承中医气的理论及功能特点并加以总结,开创“疏调气机”学说,在临床上取得了良好的治疗效果。傣医风塔主气,常“风气”并提,在临床治疗上有“以风辨病”之说。从气的来源、运动规律、功能、气机失调特点及治疗出发,将国医大师张震所提出的疏调气机学说与傣医风塔进行分析比较,发现二者在论述气的基本特征上如出一辙,这为傣医在疾病治疗方面融入张老师的疏调气机学说提供了理论依据,促进了中医、傣医的深入交流。
By inheriting the theory and functional characteristics of Qi in Chinese medicine and summarising them, Zhang Zhen, a master of Chinese medicine, created the doctrine of “de-regulating Qi”,which has achieved good therapeutic results in clinical practice. The main principle of Qi is the wind element of Dai medicine, and the term “wind and qi” is often mentioned together, and in clinical treatment, there is the saying of “identifying disease by wind”. In this paper, we compare the doctrine of Qi regulation proposed by Zhang Zhen, a master of Chinese medicine, with that of Dai medicine, in order to clarify that the basic characteristics of Qi are the same, and to provide a theoretical basis for the integration of Zhang’s doctrine of Qi regulation in the treatment of diseases in Dai medicine, so as to promote in-depth exchanges between Chinese and Dai medicine.
