超支化驱油用聚合物的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 超支化聚合物具有很强的抗剪切性,它可以在多孔介质拥有高阻力系数和残余阻力系数,这在提高驱替液的波及效率方面具有巨大潜力。采用PAMAN杂化碳纳米管核单体,将其与AM、AA和改性平平加共聚制备出了具有核-壳结构的超支化聚合物,并对其结构和溶液性能进行表征和评价。采用傅里叶红外光谱分析手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明:以改性碳纳米管为内核的超支化聚合物,其增黏性能和抗盐性能明显高于HPAM。改性碳纳米管为内核的超支化聚合物具有比普通线性聚合物更高的驱油效率,具有一定的驱油可行性。 Hyperbranched polymers have strong shear resistance,can have high resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient in porous media,and have great potential in improving the sweep efficiency of the displacement fluid.In this paper,PAMAN hybrid carbon nanotube core monomer was used to polymerize it with AM,AA and modified flat addition to prepare hyperbranched polymer with a core-shell structure,and its structure and solution properties were characterized and evaluated.The product was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the hyperbranched polymer with modified carbon nanotubes as the core had significantly higher viscosity-increasing performance and salt resistance than HPAM.The hyperbranched polymer with modified carbon nanotubes as the core had higher oil displacement efficiency than ordinary linear polymers,and had certain oil displacement feasibility.
