摘要
离散制造业是我国制造业的重要组成部分,占我国工业增加值的50%以上。由于离散制造业具有工艺流程复杂、供应链协作企业繁多、产品类型广泛等特点,相关业务场景数字化转型面临实施路径不明确、水平成效难衡量、数字化服务供给不足等问题,导致开展数字化转型的离散制造企业比例低、开展范围小。本文以离散行业数字化转型特点及关键场景为切入点,明确相关行业数字化转型的典型场景及实施模式,为离散制造企业开展数字化转型提供实施路径参考。
Discrete manufacturing is an important part of China's manufacturing industry,accounting for more than 50%of China's industrial added value.Due to the characteristics of the discrete manufacturing industry,such as complex process,numerous supply chain collaboration enterprises,and wide product types.The digital transformation of relevant business scenarios faces problems such as unclear implementation path,difficult to measure the level of effectiveness,and insufficient supply of digital services,and results in a low proportion and small scope of discrete manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation.This paper takes the characteristics and key scenarios of digital transformation in discrete industries as the entry point,defines the typical scenarios and implementation modes of digital transformation in relevant industries,and provides reference for the implementation path of digital transformation in discrete manufacturing enterprises.
