摘要
伴随轨道交通建设脚步的推进、总量的扩大,轨道上的运营设施将日益增多,维保难度也随之增大。智能维保管理系统基于现代化的网络平台及信息技术,把相对单一但又具有高度交互性的各类专业数据,利用人工智能、大数据分析等现代化信息技术,收集、综合、汇集在一个平台系统,同时也对维保机构所有工作人员实行信息化管理,通过进行信息互动和数据共享,支持各环节的高效协作和顺利衔接,对设备运行运维参数进行全面监测管理。文章从系统、车辆、基础设施等方面,分析轨道交通装备智能维保现状,对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
With the progress of rail transit construction and the expansion of the total amount,the number of operating facilities on the rail will increase day by day,and the difficulty of maintenance will also increase.Based on the modern network platform and information technology,the intelligent maintenance management system collects,synthesizes and integrates various professional data with relatively simple but highly interactive characteristics into a platform system using modern information technology such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis.At the same time,it also implements information management for all staff of the maintenance organization through information interaction and data sharing,Support the efficient cooperation and smooth connection of all links,and comprehensively monitor and manage the equipment operation and maintenance parameters.This paper analyzes the status quo of intelligent maintenance of rail transit equipment from the aspects of system,vehicle and infrastructure,and looks forward to the future development trend.
