多层级多学科综合治疗模式对院内多重耐药菌感染防控的效果 被引量:2

Effect of Multilevel and Multidisciplinary Integrated Treatment Mode on Prevention and Control of Multi-Drug Resistant Bacterial Infection in Hospitals

摘要 目的研究多层级多学科综合治疗模式在院内多重耐药菌感染防控中的应用效果。方法将2021年1—6月在南方医科大学第七附属医院住院且接受抗菌药物治疗的患者100例作为本次研究的对照组,另选取2022年1—6月于南方医科大学第七附属医院住院并接受抗菌药物治疗的患者100例作为本次研究的观察组。观察组实施多层级多学科综合治疗模式,对照组未实施常规管理,比较两组的细菌感染发生率、多重耐药菌感染发生率、感染防控措施落实情况以及多重耐药菌感染防控质量。结果观察组的细菌感染发生率(3.0%)高于对照组(12.0%),观察组的多重耐药菌感染发生率(1.0%)显著低于对照组(8.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的感染防控措施落实情况,观察组的隔离医嘱、穿隔离衣、悬挂隔离标识、手卫生、物品专人专用、医疗废物处置规范、物表环境擦拭消毒落实率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的多重耐药菌感染防控质量比较,观察组的基础管理、病房管理、消毒管理、查对制度、健康教育评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施多层级多学科综合治疗模式更有利于提高院内多重耐药菌感染的防控质量,降低多重耐药菌感染的发生风险,切实保障在院患者的安全。 Objective To study the application effect of multi-level and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode in the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in hospitals.Methods A total of 100 patients hospitalized in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University and receiving antibiotics from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group of this study,and another 100 patients hospitalized in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University and receiving antibiotics from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation group of this study.The observation group was treated with multi-level and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode,while the control group carried out routine management.The incidence of bacterial infection,incidence of multi-drug-resistant bacteria infection,implementation of infection prevention and control measures and quality of multi-drug-resistant bacteria infection prevention and control were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of bacterial infection in observation group(3.0%)was higher than that in control group(12.0%),and the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection in observation group(1.0%)was significantly lower than that in control group(8.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After comparing the implementation of infection prevention and control measures between the two groups,the implementation rate of quarantine doctor's orders,wearing quarantine clothes,hanging quarantine labels,hand hygiene,articles dedicated by special persons,medical waste disposal standards,and wiping and disinfecting the surface environment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After comparing the quality of multi-drug-resistant bacterial infection prevention and control between the two groups,the scores of basic management,ward management,disinfection management,check system and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multi-level and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode is more conducive to improving the quality of prevention and control of multi-drug-resistant bacterial infections in hospitals,reducing the risk of multi-drug-resistant bacterial infections and effectively guaranteeing the safety of in-hospital patients.
