非隔离型交直流变换器共模解耦控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 非隔离变换器高频开关及直流网不平衡负载使得系统产生高、低频共模电压,从而威胁设备及人身安全。建立了交直流接口双向AC-DC变换器共模等效模型,研究了交直流共地连接方式对高频共模电压抑制的性能。在直流侧引入中线桥臂,详细研究中线桥臂抑制低频共模电压的工作原理,并提出基于虚拟阻抗法及中线电流抑制的复合控制策略,以产生对称的双极直流母线电压,实现共模解耦。通过实验进行了验证,结果表明,提出的复合控制策略可消除共模电压和漏电流,且在交直流共地的变换器中具有良好的应用前景,从而证明了拓扑和控制的有效性。 The high frequency switch of the transformless converter and the unbalanced load of the DC network cause high and low frequency common mode voltage,threatening equipment and personal safety.Therefore,the common mode equivalent model of ac-dc interface bi-directional ac-dc converter is established in this paper,and the performance of the common-ground topology for high frequency common mode voltage suppression is studied.On this basis,the neutral leg is introduced in the dc side,and the working principle of the neutral leg to suppress the low frequency common-mode voltage is studied in detail.A compound control strategy based on the neutral current suppression and virtual impedance method is proposed to generate the symmetrical dc bus voltage and realize the common mode decoupling.The results show that the proposed control strategy can eliminate common-mode voltage and leakage current,which has good application prospect in AC-DC common ground converter.
