摘要
在国家倡导全民健身和北京冬奥会成功举办的有利背景下,推进黑龙江省冬季全民健身发展正当其时。黑龙江省高校冰雪体育文化建设成果突出,有坚定的文化阵地意识,多样的冰雪体育活动,优质的对外交流资源,能够作为黑龙江省冬季全民健身发展的有力借鉴和重要支撑。结合全民健身发展需求,分析黑龙江省高校冰雪体育文化供给的优势,提出广泛培育人才,引导持续发展;丰富体育文化产品,应用新型网络媒介;塑造冰雪文化阵地,注重多元化平台建设;加强宣传推介力度,传播冰雪文化之美等策略。以期有效地将高校冰雪体育文化渗透于黑龙江省冬季全民健身发展之中,更好地满足群众健身需求,丰富龙江冰雪文化,助力“健康中国”战略目标的实施与实现。
Under the favorable background of the successful holding of Beijing Winter Olympic Games,and our country is also advocating the national fitness.It is time to promote the development of winter national fitness in Heilongjiang Province.With outstanding achievements in ice and snow sports culture construction,firm awareness of cultural positions,diversified ice and snow sports activities and high-quality foreign exchange resources,Heilongjiang colleges and universities can serve as a powerful reference and important support for the development of winter national fitness in Heilongjiang Province.This paper analyzes the advantages of ice and snow sports culture supply in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province based on the development needs of national fitness,and proposes to cultivate talents extensively and guide sustainable development.Enriching sports culture products and applying new network media;shaping ice and snow culture positions and focusing on diversified platform construction;and strengthening publicity and promotion efforts to spread the beauty of ice and snow culture.It is expected to effectively penetrate ice and snow sports culture in colleges and universities into the development of winter national fitness in Heilongjiang Province,better meet the needs of the mass fitness,enrich the ice and snow culture in Heilongjiang,and help the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy and the realization of the goal.
