摘要
采用混凝法对酒精废水的生化段出水进行深度处理,能够有效实现水中大量腐植酸类污染物的去除。对混凝工艺来说,混凝剂的选择、投加量、pH等都影响着混凝效率。通过设计正交试验,得出各工艺条件的影响程度:pH>PFS投加量>PAM投加量,且处理该废水的最佳工艺条件组合为pH为6的条件下,PFS投加量为300 mg/L,PAM投加量为2 mg/L。通过现场试验,COD与TOC去除率分别达到80.1%,82.3%,证明混凝法能够有效去除酒精废水中的大量腐植酸类化合物。
A large amount of humic acid pollutants can be effectively removed from the effluent of biochemical section of alcohol wastewater by further treatment with coagulation method.Coagulant selection,dosage and pH all affect the coagulation efficiency of the coagulation process.Through the design of orthogonal test,the influence degree of each process conditions is:pH>polyferric sulfate(PFS)dosage>PAM dosage,and the optimum combination process conditions for the treatment are:pH 6,PFS dosage of 300 mg/L,PAM dosage of 2 mg/L.The removal rates of COD and TOC reached 80.1%and 82.3%,respectively,which proved that the coagulation method could effectively remove a large number of humic acid compounds from alcohol wastewater.
