摘要
古蔺至习水段高速赤水河红军大桥主桥为主跨1200 m的双塔单跨钢桁梁悬索桥,全桥钢桁梁共分81个节段,标准节段重240 t。由于山区大件运输困难、桥址地势落差大、峡谷地区无通航能力、现场施工便道狭窄等条件的限制,采用缆索吊机法安装钢桁梁节段。结合现场既有结构与布置,缆索吊机跨径布置设计为(309.78+1200+196.179)m,设计吊重240 t,并考虑3倍安全系数,包括主索、起吊索、牵引索、跑车系统、转索系统和锚固系统等,同时设置主体结构监测、视频监控系统、集中操控系统等信息化系统,保证大跨长距离缆索吊机系统的安全运行。经计算各工况下主索、起吊索和牵引索安全系数均满足规范要求,各构件受力满足要求。整个架梁过程中,缆索吊机运行平稳,用时3个月完成了全桥81个钢桁梁节段安装工作。
The main bridge of Chishui River Red Army Bridge carrying a section of the Gulin-Xishui Expressway is a two-tower suspension bridge with a main span of 1200 m.The hanger cables are only arranged in the main span.The stiffening girder consists of 81 steel truss segments,and a standard segment weighs 240 t.Due to the challenges of limited large cargo transportation access in the mountainous area,large distance from the bridge deck to the underneath river surface,non-navigable valley and narrow construction trestles at bridge site,the steel trusses were determined to erect using a cableway crane system.Considering the locations of the surrounding existing structures as well as three times of safety factors,the cableway crane system contains three spans of 309.78,1200 and 196.179 m,with a design hoisting capacity of 240 t.The system consists of main cables,hoisting cables,hauling cables,trolleys,cable deviators and anchoring system,together with the digitalized management systems,including structural monitoring,video monitoring and control system and centralized control system,to ensure the safe operation of the long-span and long-distance cableway crane system.The calculations indicate that the safety factors of the main cables,hoisting cables and hauling cables under different loading conditions can meet the code requirements,and all the structural components reach the required load bearing levels.The cableway crane system worked smoothly,and the installation of all the 81 steel truss segments cost 3 months.
