摘要
目的探讨内科住院患者院内感染的危险因素及护理对策°方法将全院所有内科科室2019-2020年度期间收治的1459例患者作为本研究对象,通过分析《住院病人医院感染监测登记表》,对院内感染的分布构成比和感染危险因素等相关资料行回顾性分析。结果本院2019-2020年度期间内科住院收治的共1459例患者中,其中有336人发生感染,医院总感染率为23.03%;其中呼吸道感染占比27.38%、胃肠道感染占比14.58%、泌尿/生殖系统感染占比19.94%、皮肤软组织感染占比8.63%、口腔感染占比9.52%、心血管系统感染占比2.97%、手术部位感染占比13.39%、其他感染占比3.57%;且院内感染危险因素主要有基础病史、伴随疾病、侵入性操作、预防/应用抗菌药物有关。结论内科住院患者发生感染的因素较多,感染的类型较复杂,若在临床过程中护理不当,可增加内科住院患者的院内感染率,因此在医院管理中,务必对院内感染引起足够的重视,控制感染率。
Objective To explore the risk factors and nursing strategies of nosocomial infection in medical inpatients.Methods 1459 patients admitted to all internal internal medicine departments of the hospital during 2019-2020 were used as the research objects.Through the analysis of the"Inpatient Nosocomial Infection Surveillance Registration Form",the distribution ratio of nosocomial infections and infection risk factors and other related data were reviewed.Sexual analysis.Results Of the 1,459 patients hospitalized in internal medicine during the period of 2019-2020,336 of them were infected,and the total infection rate of the hospital was 23.03%;Among them,respiratory tract infections accounted for 27.38%,gastrointestinal infections accounted for 14.58%,urinary/reproductive system infections accounted for 19.94%,skin and soft tissue infections accounted for 8.63%,oral infections accounted for 9.52%,cardiovascular system infections accounted for 2.97%,surgical site infections accounted for 13.39%,and other infections accounted for 3.57%.The risk factors for nosocomial infection are mainly related to the basic medical history,concomitant diseases,invasive procedures,and prevention/use of antimicrobials.Conclusion There are many factors that cause infections in medical inpatients,and the types of infections are more complicated.Improper care in the clinical process can increase the nosocomial infection rate of medical inpatients.Therefore,in hospital management,it is necessary to pay sufficient attention to nosocomial infections.Control the infection rate.
