核桃青皮不同极性部位化学成分研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究胡桃属植物胡桃楸未成熟外果皮的化学成分。方法:通过使用胡桃楸未成熟外果皮即核桃青皮,将其95%乙醇提取物中的二氯甲烷部位与正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,其分离纯化的方法主要为反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱分析法以及半制备HPLC分析方法等,并使用HR-ESI-MS和NMR获得的波谱数据,鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果:从中共得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为橄榄苦苷(1);ligstroside(2);(6 R,9 S)-9-hydroxymegastigman-4-en-3-one(3);(6 R,9 R)-9-hydroxymegastigman-4-en-3-one(4);4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(5);2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(6);4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(7);4,5-二羟基-α-四氢萘醌(8);阿魏酸(9);咖啡酸(10);(4 R)-4,8-二羟基-α-四氢萘酮-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11);4-丁氧基-5,8-二羟基-3,4-二氢-萘酮(12);4-乙氧基-5,8-二羟基-3,4-二氢-萘酮(13);4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,6,8-三甲氧基黄酮(14)。结论:共得到14个化合物,其中化合物1~7均为首次从该药用部位中分离获得。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.Methods:Dichloromethane and n-butanol in the 95%ethanol extract of Juglans mandshurica Maxim immature exocarp were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC column.Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by HR-ESI-MS and NMR spectral data.Results:14 compounds were isolated and identified as oleuropein(1),ligstroside(2),(6R,9S)-9-hydroxymegastigman-4-en-3-one(3),(6R,9R)-9-hydroxymegastigman-4-en-3-one(4),4-hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(5),2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(6),4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenol 1′-O-β-D-(6′-O-syringoyl)glucopyranoside(7),4,5-dihydroxy-α-tetralone(8),ferulic acid(9),caffeic acid(10),(4R)-4,8-Dihydroxy-α-tetralone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),4-butoxy-5,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-one(12),4-ethoxy-5,8-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-one(13),and 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,6,8-trimethoxyflavonoid(14).Conclusion:14 compounds are obtained,and compounds 1-7 are isolated from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim for the first time.
