摘要
目的研究奥卡西平对成人颞叶癫痫患者焦虑抑郁情绪及认知的影响。方法选取我科2020年2月~2021年11月期间97例成人颞叶癫痫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组48例给予左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组49例在对照组基础上加用奥卡西平治疗,对比两组患者智力水平、Pz位点事件相关电位P300、脑电图参数变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后P300潜伏期低于对照组,波幅高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者嗜睡、皮疹、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥卡西平联合左乙拉西坦治疗成人颞叶癫痫患者效果显著,能够有效提高患者认知水平,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the effects of oxazepine on anxiety and depression,Pz event related potential P300 and intelligence level in adult temporal lobe epilepsy patients.Methods A total of 97 adult patients with temporal lobe epilepsy in our department from February 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into groups by random number table method.The control group(48 cases)was treated with levetiracetam,and the observation group(49 cases)was treated with oxazepine on the basis of the control group.Intelligence level,Pz event related potential P300,EEG parameters and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of WAIS-RC in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The latency of P300 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the amplitude was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drowsiness,rash,nausea and vomiting between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxazepine combined with levetiracetam has a significant effect on the treatment of adult temporal lobe epilepsy patients,which can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients,relieve anxiety and depression.
