智能时代人机协同学习的本质特征与一般过程 被引量:31

The Essential Characteristics and General Process of Human-Machine Collaborative Learning in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 随着人机融合程度的不断加深,学习者的学习表现出明显的人机协同特性,但面对人机协同学习是如何发生的、有何特征和局限、如何规避其所带来的潜在风险等问题,我们其实并不清楚。为解决这一问题,本文在论述人机协同学习表征形态的基础上,阐明了人机协同学习的本质特征,具体表现为学习目标的整合性、学习内容的场景性、学习主体的互补性、学习环境的多元性和互动反馈的群体性;构建了人机协同学习的过程模式,包括人机协同的信息输入、信息加工、信息输出和内外反馈四个方面。为消除人机协同学习的局限与潜在风险,本文认为人机协同学习时应遵循人与机器互信、人为本机为辅、支架延迟提供、感统促进内生四大学习原则,在享机器之便的同时要防机器之弊。 As the degree of human-computer integration continues to deepen, learning shows obvious characteristics of human-computer collaboration, but it is still unclear that how human-computer collaborative learning occurs, what the characteristics and limitations are, and how to avoid the potential risks that human-computer collaborative learning brings. In order to solve these problems, the authors discuss the representation form of human-machine collaborative learning and clarified the essential characteristics of human-machine collaboration learning, including the integration of learning objectives, the scene nature of learning content, the complementarity of learning subjects, the diversity of the environment and the group nature of interactive feedback. Then the authors construct the process model of human-machine collaborative learning, including four aspects of human-machine collaborative information input, information processing, information output and internal and external feedback. In addition, in order to eliminate the limitations and potential risks of human-machine collaboration, the article believes that human-machine collaborative learning should follow the four learning principles, including mutual trust between human and machine, human as the fundamental and machine as the auxiliary aid, scaffolding delayed provision and sensory integration to promote endogenous learning. It is important to prevent the disadvantages of the machine when taking the convenience.
