脂溢性角化病的皮肤镜诊断与组织病理学诊断的符合率分析 被引量：3

摘要 脂溢性角化病(seborrheic keratosis,SK),俗称老年斑,又名基底细胞乳头状瘤(basal cell papilloma),是一种常见的皮肤良性肿瘤,多发生于中老年人,好发部位面部及胸背部。普通型脂溢性角化病根据其临床表现通常易于诊断,但在皮损特征不典型或受到刺激、合并感染的情况下。
