摘要
数字经济是农业高质量发展的新动力,农业高质量发展是实现农业现代化的关键。文章以中国30个省份2005—2020年的面板数据为样本,用熵值法测算了数字经济和农业高质量发展水平,并选用固定效应模型、空间杜宾回归模型和门槛效应回归模型探究数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响。结果表明:地区间数字经济与农业高质量发展水平有显著差异,具有东高西低的特点;数字经济对农业高质量发展具有促进作用以及空间溢出效应;数字经济对农业高质量发展具有非线性影响,影响程度表现为先增强后减弱。因此,应加大对数字经济基础设施的投入,加强各地区资源要素的配置和联动,加快农业技术科技创新发展。
Digital economy is a new driving force for high-quality agricultural development, which is the key to realize agricultural modernization. In this paper, panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2020 are used as samples to measure the high-quality development level of digital economy and agriculture by entropy method. Meanwhile, the fixed-effect model, spatial Dubin regression model and threshold effect regression model are used to explore the impact of digital economy on high-quality agricultural development. The results show that there are significant differences in the development level of digital economy and agricultural high quality among regions, which is higher in the east and lower in the west. Digital economy has promoting effect and spatial spillover effect on high-quality agricultural development. The digital economy has a nonlinear effect on the high quality development of agriculture, and the degree of influence is first enhanced and then weakened. Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in digital economy infrastructure, strengthen the allocation and linkage of resource factors in various regions, and accelerate the innovation and development of agricultural technology.
