摘要
随着近几年仿生学和微机电系统(MEMS)的发展,仿生微型扑翼飞行器的研究不断取得新的进展,在军事和民用应用领域具有广泛的应用前景。首先介绍了昆虫类生物扑翼飞行的高升力机理研究,然后回顾了近年来对于仿生微型扑翼飞行器的研究成果,重点介绍了不同驱动方式的仿生微型扑翼飞行器的新型样机,也对仿生微型扑翼飞行器相关的典型微加工技术进行了介绍。最后总结出了当前扑翼飞行器发展面临的问题,并对其未来的发展趋势和应用领域进行了预测与展望。
With the development of bionics and micro electro mechanical system(MEMS)in recent years,the research on bionic flapping wing micro-aircraft has made new progress,which has a wide application prospect in military and civil applications.This paper firstly introduces the high-lift mechanism of flapping wing flight of insects.Then,the recent research achievements of bionic flapping wing micro-aircraft are reviewed.The new prototype of bionic flapping wing micro-aircraft of different driving modes is introduced,and the related typical micro machining technology is also discussed.Finally,the problems concerning the development of the micro-aircraft are summarized,and their future development trend and application fields are predicted and prospected.
