摘要
芦笋因其营养价值高,并具有润肺、镇咳、祛痰、抑制肿瘤生长等药理功能,被称为“蔬菜之王”。然而,茎枯病的普遍发生,给芦笋生产带来严重影响,其是芦笋的一种毁灭性病害,该病一度被称为“芦笋癌症”,明确其生物学特性与遗传多态性对有针对性地制定防治策略具有重要意义。从分类地位的历史演化、寄主范围、形态学鉴定、分子生物学鉴定等方面介绍了芦笋茎枯病菌的分类特征,明确了其学名为天门冬拟茎点霉(Phomopsis asparagi),而非天门冬茎点霉(Phoma asparagi);从菌落直径和菌丝干质量等方面介绍了芦笋茎枯病菌不同菌株间生长速率的差异;从致病力测定和不同地理来源菌株的致病力比较等方面介绍了芦笋茎枯病菌的致病性;从基于致病力的遗传多态性、基于rDNA ITS序列的遗传多态性和基于ISSR分子标记技术的遗传多态性等方面介绍了芦笋茎枯病菌不同地理来源菌株的遗传多态性规律。
Asparagus officinalis Linn is known as the“king of vegetables”because of its high nutritional value and many functions such as moistening lung,relieving cough,eliminating phlegm,inhibiting the growth of tumor and so on.However,prevailing occurrence of stem blight brings severe impact on asparagus,it has been a destructive disease to asparagus and is commonly known as"Asparagus cancer".It is of great significance for the formulation of control strategies to know the biological characteristics and genetic polymorphism of the disease.In this paper,the taxonomic characteristics of Phomopsis asparagi from the aspects of historical evolution of taxonomic status,host range,morphological identification,and molecular biological identification were introduced.Furthermore,the name of the fungus was clarified as Phomopsis asparagi,but not Phoma asparagi.The difference of growth rate of different Phomopsis asparagi strains was introduced from the aspects of colony diameter and hypha dry weight.The pathogenicity of Phomopsis asparagi was introduced from pathogenicity test and pathogenicity comparison of strains from different regions.Genetic polymorphism law of strains of Phomopsis asparagi from different regions was introduced from the aspects of pathogenicity-based genetic polymorphismrDNA ITS-based genetic polymorphism,and ISSR-based genetic polymorphism.
