摘要
采用盆栽试验,以不施肥(CK)和化肥(A)为对照,设置不同浓度的复合芽孢杆菌菌肥(SF:0.5 g/kg、MF:1 g/kg、LF:2 g/kg)和菌动力复合微生物菌肥(SG:5 g/kg、MG:15 g/kg、LG:25 g/kg)处理,研究其对不同生长期穿心莲生长与有效成分的影响,为微生物菌肥在穿心莲栽培生产中的应用提供依据。结果表明:不同生长时期两种微生物菌肥均以中浓度对穿心莲生长的促进效果最佳。苗期以MG处理对穿心莲的整体促进效果最佳,株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素含量、鲜重、根冠比及叶片硝酸还原酶活性较CK分别增加23.57%、25.00%、5.43%、4.67%、101.46%、133.33%和44.65%,鲜重较A处理增加40.20%。两种菌肥均明显提高始花期穿心莲的有效成分含量,以MF处理促进效果最好,其穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、14-去氧穿心莲内酯和穿心莲总内酯含量较CK分别提高65.05%、61.23%、78.73%和61.99%,较A处理分别提高134.75%、76.98%、48.63%和94.15%,G处理效果次之。利用隶属函数法对穿心莲苗期和快速生长期的8个指标以及始花期的12个指标进行综合评价得出,本试验条件下,施用菌肥G在促进穿心莲生长及有效成分含量积累方面优于菌肥F,其最佳施用浓度为15 g/kg。
In this study,a pot experiment was conducted,with no fertilizer(CK)and chemical fertilizer(A)as control,different concentrations of compound Bacillus fertilizer(SF:0.5 g/kg、MF:1 g/kg、LF:2 g/kg)and microbial power compound microbial fertilizer(SG:5 g/kg、MG:15 g/kg、LG:25 g/kg)were used to treat Andrographis paniculata in different periods to study the effects of microbial fertilizer on growth and active ingredient contents of A.paniculata,so as to provide bases for the application of microbial fertilizer in cultivation and production of A.paniculata.The results showed that at different growth stages,the medium concentration of the two kinds of microbial fertilizer had the best promotion effect on A.paniculata.At seedling stage,MG treatment had the best promotion effect on A.paniculata,and the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,chlorophyll content,fresh weight,root-shoot ratio and leaf nitrate reductase activity increased by 23.57%,25.00%,5.43%,4.67%,101.46%,133.33%and 44.65%,respectively compared with CK treatment,the fresh weight increased by 40.20%compared with A treatment.The both bacterial fertilizers significantly increased the active ingredient contents in the initial flowering period,and MF treatment had the best promotion effect with the contents of andrographolide,neoandrographolide,14-deoxyandrographolide and total andrographolide 65.05%,61.23%,78.73%and 61.99%higher than those of CK treatment,respectively,and 134.75%,76.98%,48.63%and 94.15%higher than those of A treatment.The promotion effect of G treatment followed.The membership function was used to comprehensively evaluate eight characters at seedling stage and rapid growth stage and twelve characters at initial flowering stage of A.paniculata,under this experimental conditions,the application of G was superior to F in promoting the growth and accumulation of effective components of A.paniculata,and the optimal application concentration was 15 g/kg.
