摘要
为实现病人下肢术后的恢复,辅助病人完成行走训练,提高康复速度,利用SolidWorks平台完成了一种辅助行走机构的设计。首先,利用SolidWorks自顶向下的建模方式将装置运动简图转化为三维实体模型;然后使用SolidWorks Motion模块进行机构运动可行性和状态分析,确定主要构件长度尺寸;最后使用SolidWorks Simulation模块对主要零部件进行有限元分析,根据强度要求确定其截面厚度。分析结果表明:该装置结构简单,能可靠地实现辅助行走动作。
In order to realize the postoperative recovery of patients'lower limbs,assist patients to complete walking training and improve the speed of recovery,this research completed the design of an auxiliary walking mechanism by using SolidWorks platform.Firstly,the device motion sketch is transformed into a three-dimensional solid model by using SolidWorks top-down modeling method;then the SolidWorks Motion module is used to analyze the feasibility and state of the mechanism movement,and determine the length of the main components;finally,the SolidWorks Simulation module is used to complete the finite element analysis of the main parts,and the section size is determined according to the strength requirements.The results show that the device has a simple structure and can reliably realize the auxiliary walking.
