摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,文化扶贫工作已经成为大众关注的重点。高校图书馆作为社会文化服务体系中非常重要的组成部分,图书馆工作人员要充分认识到自身在文化扶贫工作中的责任和任务,积极主动地参与文化扶贫工作。基于此,该文首先阐述了文化扶贫概况及乡村振兴战略背景下高校图书馆在文化扶贫中的优势,并简要分析了扶贫研究现状及常见问题,然后从加强资源整合力度、扩大文化扶贫的深度和广度、重视服务内容和形式创新、建立科学激励制度方面提出了乡村振兴战略背景下高校图书馆文化扶贫的策略,旨为文化扶贫工作提供借鉴参考。
Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,cultural poverty alleviation has become the focus of public attention.As a very important part of the social and cultural service system,university libraries should fully realize their responsibilities and tasks in the cultural poverty alleviation work and actively participate in it.Based on this,this paper first expounds the overview of cultural poverty alleviation and the advantages of university libraries in cultural poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and briefly analyzes the current situation and common problems of poverty alleviation research,and then puts forward the strategies of university libraries in cultural poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of strengthening the integration of resources,expanding the depth and breadth of cultural poverty alleviation,paying attention to service content and form innovation,and establishing scientific incentive system.The purpose is to provide reference for cultural poverty alleviation.
