摘要
目的:探究聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统在手部骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年5月佛山市南海区第四人民医院收治的90例手部骨折患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各45例。对照组给予克氏针内固定术,观察组给予聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统。比较两组临床疗效,术后感染及畸形愈合发生率,术前及术后3个月的手部屈伸范围。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后感染及畸形愈合发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组指间关节背伸和屈曲均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手部骨折治疗中使用聚左旋乳酸可吸收骨固定系统相比于克氏针内固定更有效,且术后畸形愈合、感染发生率低。
Objective:To explore the application effect of poly L-lactic acid absorbable bone fixation system in hand fracture.Method:A total of 90 patients with hand fractures admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan City from July 2020 to May 2022 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given Kirschner wire internal fixation operation,and the observation group was given poly L-lactic acid absorbable bone fixation system.The clinical efficacy,the incidences of postoperative infection and malunion,and the range of flexion and extension of hand before operation and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative infection and malunion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the back extension and flexion of interphalangeal joint in the observation group were greater than thos e in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of poly L-lactic acid absorbable bone fixation system in the treatment of hand fractures is more effective than the Kirschner wire internal fixation,and the incidences of postoperative infection and malunion are low.
