摘要 为研究无腹筋UHPC梁的受力性能及其在工业建筑工程领域中的应用,对24 m长全尺寸无腹筋UHPC梁进行了破坏性试验,研究了在不同荷载组合下UHPC梁的承载力与变形,并分析了施工冷缝对梁承载力和破坏形态的影响;探讨了UHPC在工业建筑领域中的应用前景和发展方向。分析结果表明:即使存在施工冷缝,试验梁极限承载能力仍能达到2.03倍荷载基本组合设计值。无腹筋UHPC梁的结构尺寸小、跨越能力强、耐久性优异,在生产环境恶劣的工业建筑中可替代钢梁,具有良好的应用前景。 In order to study the application and mechanical performance of UHPC beams without reinforcement in industrial construction engineering,a destructive test was conducted on 24 m UHPC beam without reinforcement to study the bearing capacity and deformation of UHPC beam under different load combinations.The influence of construction cold joints on the bearing capacity and failure mode were emphatically analyzed;Finally,the application and development direction of UHPC in industrial building field were discussed.The results show that the ultimate capacity of the UHPC beam with construction cold joints is still 2.03 times of the basic combination design value of the load.Because it is small in size,excellent in durability and strong in span capacity,UHPC beam without reinforcement can replace steel beams under poor working environment and has bright application prospects.
