摘要
针对一种磁瓦磨床上料机构模型,理论分析了磁瓦上料过程中振动盘在螺旋轨道上的受力情况,利用Solidworks软件建立了振动盘三维模型,将模型导入到Ansys Workbench软件中,对其进行模态分析和谐响应分析。结果表明:当频率在240 Hz附近时,该结构沿特定方向的位移较大,极易发生共振现象,则在设计时应重点提高板弹簧的强度,增加料盘和托盘的结构强度,避免发生疲劳损坏。
For a model of the loading mechanism of a magnetic tile grinder,a theoretical analysis of the force of the vibrating disc on the spiral track during the loading process of the magnetic tiles was carried out,and a three-dimensional model of the vibrating disc was established using Solidworks software.The results show that when the frequency is around 240 Hz,the displacement of the structure along a specific direction is large and resonance phenomenon is very likely to occur,then the design should focus on improving the strength of the plate spring and increasing the structural strength of the material tray and pallet to avoid fatigue damage.
