摘要
针对矿用皮带输送种类繁多、磨损情况严重、购买及管理维修成本较高等问题,对输送带选择进行规范统一,并设计了新型非接触式的导料槽,有效解决了因挡板摩擦导致的输送带受损、更换的问题。经对比分析发现,改造后的皮带机更节能环保,经济效益显著。
In response to the problems of a wide variety of mining belt conveyors,serious wear conditions,high purchase and management maintenance costs,the conveyor belt selection is standardized and unified,and a new non-contact guide chute is designed,which effectively solves the problem of damaged and replaced conveyor belts caused by bafle friction,with energy saving and environmental protection and significant economic benefits after modification.
