摘要
为提升综采工作面液压支架的回撤速度和效率,保障煤矿的生产效率和能力,以15202综采工作面为研究对象在对其地质条件分析的基础上,采用KJ-327液压支架压力监测系统对工作面的矿压显现规律进行实测,为后续支护提供数据支撑。采用临时和永久支护相结合的方式对15202回撤通道进行有效支护,保证液压支架能够高效、顺利回撤。
In order to improve the retraction speed and efficiency of the hydraulic brackets at the comprehensive mining face,and to guarantee the productivity and capacity of the coal mine,the 15202 comprehensive mining face is used as an example on the basis of the analysis of its geological conditions;the KJ-327 hydraulic bracket pressure monitoring system is used to measure the mine pressure manifestation pattern at the working face,and to provide data support for the subsequent support.Finally,a combination of temporary and permanent support was used to effectively support the 15202 retreat channel to ensure that the hydraulic support could be retracted efficiently and smoothly.
