摘要
进入新时代,面对错综复杂的国内外形势,党中央基于我国边疆治理的基本场域,构建起了中国特色的边疆治理理论体系,这既深化了我国边疆治理规律的科学认知,也形成了新时代我国边疆治理的整体方略。一方面,我们要从地缘政治、边疆建设以及省区发展三个层次把握我国边疆治理的理论话语;另一方面,我们要从政治、经济、社会、文化、生态等要素构成的“场域集合”嵌入我国边疆治理的政策议程。这对有效维护我国边疆地区的和谐稳定,系统提升我国边疆治理的工作效能,不仅具有重要的理论意义,也具有一定的实践价值。
Facing the complicated domestic and international situations in the new era,based on the basic field of borderland governance in China,the CPC Central Committee has built a theoretical system of borderland governance with Chinese characteristics,which not only deepens the scientific understanding of China’s borderland governance laws,but also forms the overall strategy of China’s borderland governance in the new era.On the one hand,we should grasp the theoretical discourse of China’s borderland governance from the three levels of geopolitics,borderland construction and provincial development.On the other hand,we should embed the“field set”composed of political,economic,social,cultural and ecological elements into the policy agenda of China’s borderland governance.This is not only of great theoretical significance,but also of practical value to effectively maintain the harmony and stability of borderland areas,as well as systematically improve the efficiency of China’s borderland governance.
