摘要
儿科中抗菌药物的不合理使用情况较为突出,通过构建抗菌药物合理运用机制,促进中医医院儿科科学合理地使用抗菌药物。此外,通过加强抗菌药物使用培训与宣教,建立儿科抗菌药物临床运用指导原则,加强临床药师合理用药指导与监督,加强抗菌药物药事管理指标考核以及通过中医药的干预,降低抗菌药物的临床使用等举措,构建中医医院儿科抗菌药物合理运用策略,从而使儿科患者安全有效地使用抗菌药物。
The irrational use of antibiotics in pediatrics is more prominent.The rational use mechanism of antibiotics should be established to promote the rational use of antibiotics in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.In addition,through strengthening the training and education on the use of antibiotics,establishing the guiding principles for the clinical use of antibiotics in pediatrics,strengthening the guidance and supervision of rational drug use by clinical pharmacists,strengthening the assessment of the management index of antibiotics,and reducing the clinical use of antibiotics through the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,the rational use strategy of antibiotics in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is constructed,so that pediatric patients can use antibiotics safely and effectively.
