摘要
近年来,儿童化妆品消费量逐年上升,其质量安全成为群众关注的重点。保障儿童化妆品质量安全是化妆品监管的重要内容之一。结合儿童生理、心理特点和监管中的潜在风险点,从非法添加、微生物、防腐剂、香精香料、植物提取物和有害物质检验等方面,阐述儿童化妆品安全检测的必要性和重要性,建议推进儿童化妆品安全检测规范化、科学化。
In recent years,the consumption of children's cosmetics has increased year by year,and its quality and safety have become the focus of public attention.Ensuring the quality and safety of children's cosmetics is one of the important contents of cosmetics supervision.In combination with children's physiological and psychological characteristics and potential risk points in supervision,the necessity and importance of safety testing for children's cosmetics are expounded from the aspects of illegal addition,microorganism,preservative,essence and spice,plant extract and harmful substance inspection,and it is suggested to promote the standardization and scientization of safety testing for children's cosmetics.
