摘要 在“双碳”目标约束下,石化行业加速推进节能减排与绿色低碳转型发展成为热点问题。分析了“双碳”背景下石化行业转型发展的形势,即面临的产业与能源结构调整重构挑战,以及紧抓政策窗口期实现绿色低碳与提质增效耦合发展的新机遇。概述了实现“双碳”目标的4个发展方向,即大力发展碳捕集、封存与回收利用技术;优化能源结构实现绿色能源耦合利用;加强原始创新提升全流程工艺水平;推进基地一体化协同优化发展模式。总结了石化行业多举措并举实现“双碳”目标的对策与方法,为未来石化行业推进绿色低碳、安全环保、高质量可持续发展路线提供思路。 Under the constraints of carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality goals, it becomes a hot issue that China’s petrochemical industry accelerates to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and transforms to green low-carbon development.The transformation and development situation of petrochemical industry under carbon peak and neutrality background is analyzed, that is, the challenges faced by the adjustment and reconstruction of structures of industry and energy, and the new opportunities to realize the coupling development of green low-carbon and quality-efficiency improvement in the policy window period.Four development directions to achieve the carbon peak and neutrality goals are outlined, such as vigorously developing carbon capture, storage and recycling technologies;optimizing the energy structure to realize the coupling utilization of green energy;strengthening original innovation to improve the whole process technology level;promoting the integrated, coordinated and optimized development mode of the base.The countermeasures and methods for the petrochemical industry to take multiple measures to achieve the carbon peak and neutrality goals are summarized, providing ideas for the petrochemical industry to promote green, low-carbon, safe, environmentally friendly, high-quality and sustainable development in the future.
