摘要
通过对现有的标准、图集中被动式超低能耗建筑屋面女儿墙构造节点做法的详细分析,结合项目实践,发现现有的构造做法在施工过程中存在着一定的难度,而且在后续的使用过程中还存在渗漏的风险。因此在现有的女儿墙构造做法基础上做了进一步的优化,分析探讨了女儿墙混凝土压顶的保温防水一体化的新型构造做法,并且对这种新型构造做法的节点构造原理及施工工艺进行了深入地解析和探究。该做法不仅施工方便,减少了工作量,并且节约了建设成本,还有效地避免了传统被动式建筑女儿墙金属盖板做法因防水层破坏所带来的渗漏水隐患,可以为被动式超低能耗建筑女儿墙部位的施工提供一种新的思路和方法。
Based on the detailed analysis on the practice of construction joints of roof parapets of passive and ultra⁃low energy consumption building in the existing standards and atlases,and in combination with the project practice,it is found that there are certain difficulties in the existing construction practice during the construction process,and there is also a risk of leakage during subsequent use.Therefore,further optimization is made based on the existing construction practice of parapet.The author analyzes and discusses the new construction practice of integrated insulation and waterproofing for the concrete coping of parapets,and deeply analyzes and explores the joint construction principle and construction technology of this new construction practice.This practice not only facilitates the construction,reduces the workload and saves the construction cost,but also effectively avoids the potential leakage of water caused by the destruction of waterproof layers using the traditional practice of metal cover plates for parapets of the passive building.It can provide a new idea and method for the construction of the parapet of the passive and ultra⁃low energy consumption building.
