摘要
糖尿病是一种多病变的慢性代谢性疾病,在过去30年中我国糖尿病患者人数增加了近4倍,随着生活质量的改善有逐年上升趋势,而在糖尿病分型中尤以2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者最多,近年的研究表明T2DM的发展与血细胞指标和凝血功能指标有着一定的相关性,本研究就T2DM与血细胞和凝血功能指标相关性的研究进行综述。
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease with multiple pathological changes.In the past 30 years,the number of diabetes mellitus patients in China has increased nearly four times,and has a rising trend year by year with the improvement of the quality of life.In the classification of diabetes mellitus,type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients are the most.Recent research shows that the development of T2DM has a certain correlation with blood cell indicators and coagulation function indicators.This article reviews the relevant literature in recent years.
