摘要
新疆乌鲁木齐改扩建机场项目土石工程属于高填方工程,填筑材料采用当地特有的戈壁料,采用振动碾压工艺分层碾压密实,为有效提高土基顶部以下3 m范围内的填筑体地基强度,降低地基的压缩性,采用强夯补强。通过岩石单轴抗压强度试验、最优夯击次数确定、填筑体变形范围数值模拟分析、强夯影响程度分析等方面进行试验和分析,探究了强夯补强工艺的可靠数据,为大面积施工作业提供了指引,同时也为类似工程项目提供一定的参考经验。
The earth-rock works of the Xinjiang Urumqi Reconstruction and Expansion Airport Project are high fill works.The filling materials are the local Gobi materials,and the vibration rolling process is used for layered compaction.In order to effectively improve the strength of the filling body foundation within 3 m below the top of the soil foundation and reduce the compressibility of the foundation,dynamic compaction is used for reinforcement.Through rock uniaxial compressive strength test,determination of optimal compaction times,numerical simulation analysis of filling body deformation range,analysis of impact degree of dynamic compaction and other aspects of test and analysis,the reliable data of dynamic compaction reinforcement technology is explored,which provides guidance for large-area construction operations,and also provides some reference experience for similar engineering projects.
