摘要
神经病理性疼痛(Neuropathic pain,NP)是疼痛科的常见病和多发病,其发病机制仍不完全清楚,目前无根治疗法,许多患者遗留顽固性NP,严重影响生活质量。干细胞是一种具有高度分化、增殖和自我更新潜能的未分化细胞,可以分化为特定类型的细胞和组织,近年来越来越多的研究证明了干细胞在NP治疗中的潜力,干细胞移植有望成为更安全高效的疗法。本文对多种干细胞在NP治疗方面的作用及其研究进展进行综述。
Neuropathic pain(NP)is a common and frequently-occurring disease in pain department.Its pathogenesis is still not completely clear.There is no radical therapy at present,and many patients are left with intractable NP,which seriously affects the quality of life.Stem cells are undifferentiated cells with high differentiation,proliferation and self-renewal potential,which can differentiate into specific types of cells and tissues.In recent years,more and more studies have proved the potential of stem cells in the treatment of NP,which is expected to become a safer and more efficient therapy.This article reviews the role of various stem cells in NP therapy and its research progress.
