摘要
堆外核测系统探测器更换项目在众多电厂初期均交于外国合作单位实施,并且由于堆外核测系统设备的可靠性因素,大约10年才会出现1次探测器检修更换项目,往往会造成技术人员的流失,原始资料的更替,项目经验的缺失,导致近年来新项目的负责人或项目组缺少对于探测器更换的经验和方法,直接造成项目周期延长了大修主线甚至引发安全事故。秦二厂在十多年的探测器更换经验中将本工作发展成公司的重大自主检修项目,实现了企业重大检修技能的专业化和特色化。本文从多个方面重点介绍了探测器更换各项工作,并结合历次更换经验,提出相应的改进建议。
In the early stage of many power plants,the detector replacement project of external nuclear testing system is handed over to foreign cooperative units for implementation.Moreover,due to the reliability of external nuclear testing system equipment,the inspection and replacement project of detector only occurs once every 10 years,which often results in the loss of technical personnel,replacement of original data and lack of project experience.As a result,in recent years,the person in charge of the new project or the project team lacks the experience and method of replacing the detector,which directly leads to the extension of the project cycle and the overhaul of the main line and even leads to safety accidents.In more than ten years of detector replacement experience,the second factory of Qin has developed this work into a major independent maintenance project of the company,which has realized the specialization and specialty of major maintenance skills of the enterprise.This paper mainly introduces the work of detector replacement from many aspects,and puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions based on the previous replacement experience.
