摘要
通过相关文献分析,结合工作实践经验探讨国内临床生物样本库的发展现状及存在问题。根据目前我国在临床生物样本库建设中存在的问题,建议样本库的建设应提升内涵、完善容灾备份机制、注重人才培养,以加快推进标准化进程,构建资源汇交平台、实现资源共享和临床生物样本库可持续发展。加强临床生物样本库建设,可为科学研究提供高质量的临床生物样本,有利于促进转化医学和精准医疗发展,助力健康中国战略和生物经济发展。
Through the literature analysis,discuss the development status and problems of the clinical biobank in China combined with the work experience. According to the current problems of the clinical biobank in China,improving its connotation construction,optimizing the disaster recovery backup mechanism,and cultivating talents will be considered to accelerate the standardization process,build a resource exchange platform,and achieve resource sharing and sustainable development of the clinical biobank. Strengthening the construction of the clinical biobank could provide high-quality clinical biological samples for scientific research,promote the translational medicine and precision medicine development,and help the healthy China and bio-economy development strategy.
