摘要
食品检测是保障食品安全的重要方法,只有不断优化食品安全检测技术,把好食品安全关,才能真正提高食品品质,促进食品行业良性发展。近年来,我国出现了很多食品安全事件,农药残留、食品造假、添加剂滥用等问题长期存在。为此,有关部门需要科学使用食品安全检测技术,加强食品监管。本文从当前食品安全问题的成因出发,分析了食品安全检测技术的作用,对相关检测技术进行研究,提出了未来食品安全检测的发展趋势。
Food detection is an important method to ensure food safety.Only by continuously optimizing food safety detection technology and ensuring food safety,can we truly improve the quality of food and promote the healthy development of the food industry.In recent years,there have been many food safety incidents in China,such as pesticide residues,food counterfeiting,and additive abuse.To this end,relevant departments need to use food safety detection technology scientifically and strengthen food supervision.Starting from the causes of current food safety problems,this paper analyzes the role of food safety detection technology,studies relevant detection technologies,and puts forward the development trend of food safety detection in the future.
