摘要
煤矿机电运输故障具有单一性、重复性和关联性等特点,是造成煤矿事故的重要影响因素。分析了刮板输送机、电机车、胶带输送机和单轨吊车等煤矿常用运输设备的常见故障及原因,并给出了加强制度建设、加强人员培训、加强机电设备维修、加大经费投入、引进诊断监测新技术、建立信息化设备管理系统等防范对策,对降低煤矿机电运输设备故障具有一定的指导作用和借鉴意义。
Electromechanical transportation failure of coal mine is characterized by simplicity,repetition and correlation,which is an important factor causing coal mine accidents.The scraper conveyor,motor,tape conveyor and monorail crane common fault and reasons are analyzed.This paper puts forward the preventive countermeasures such as strengthening system construction,strengthening personnel training,strengthening mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance,increasing funding input,introducing new diagnosis and monitoring technology,and establishing information equipment management system,which has a certain guiding role and reference significance to reduce the failure of electromechanical transportation equipment in coal mine.
