摘要
针对液压挖掘机设计过程需要大量知识支撑的特点及挖掘机几何尺寸设计结果不优、设计效率较低等问题,提出了面向液压挖掘机优化设计过程的知识库构建方法。通过分析液压挖掘机设计过程中相关知识的作用,设计了基于面向对象的液压挖掘机相关知识的表达存储方法,确定了知识库知识的检索以及结构设计计算的实现方法,并引入NSGAII多目标优化算法及灰色关联度分析法对计算结果进行优化。然后利用.NET平台的相关技术在此基础上开发了针对液压挖掘机优化设计过程的专题知识库原型系统,实现辅助设计人员进行液压挖掘机的设计计算优化以及知识的检索、表达、管理。最后以液压挖掘机工作装置的设计实例验证了系统的有效性。
A knowledge base construction method was proposedfor optimization design process of hydraulic excavators in the light of some issues including wilderness demands of knowledge to support the design process,unsatisfactory designing geometric sizes,and low-efficiency design.Based on the analysis of the junction of the relevant knowledge in the hydraulic excavator design process,the representation/storage method using the object-oriented technology was designed.Then,the retrieval of knowledge base and the realization method of structural design calculation were determined and the NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm and grey correlation analysis method were introduced to optimize the calculation results.Based on these,the prototype system of thematic knowledge base was developed for the optimization design process of hydraulic excavator by using the.NET platform,which could assist the designers to design and optimize the hydraulic excavator,as well as to retrieve,represent and manage the relevant knowledge.Finally,the effectiveness of the as-built system was verified by carrying out an example about designing the working device of hydraulic excavator.
