摘要
目的 分析联合检测血清Bax、HE-4、MIP-3α表达水平在评估肺癌患者预后中的价值。方法 选择47例经肺癌患者作为研究组,另选择同期体检人群35例作为对照组,分别检测两组血清Bax、HE-4、MIP-3α含量。结果 健康对照组血清HE-4、MIP-3α含量显著低于肺癌患者,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康对照组血清Bax含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、不同肿瘤位置、不同病理分型的肺癌患者血清HE-4、MIP-3α和Bax含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋巴结转移、远处转移患者血清HE-4、MIP-3α含量显著高于未转移患者,淋巴结转移、远处转移患者血清Bax含量显著低于未转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌患者血清HE-4、MIP-3α含量与淋巴结转移、远处转移呈显著正相关(P<0.05);肺癌患者血清Bax含量与淋巴结转移、远处转移呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 肺癌患者血清Bax、HE-4、MIP-3α含量较健康对照组显著变化,且可能与肺癌的淋巴结转移相关,对于肺癌的早期诊断具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum bax,HE-4,MIP-3αexpression in evaluating the prognosis of lung cancer patients.Methods 47 patients with lung cancer were selected as the study group and 35 patients who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Serum Bax,HE-4 and MIP-3αcontents of the two groups were detected respectively.Results The serum HE-4 and MIP-3αcontents in the healthy control group were significantly lower than those in lung cancer patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the serum Bax content in the healthy control group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum HE-4,MIP-3αand Bax content in lung cancer patients with different sex,different tumor location and different pathological types(P>0.05).The serum contents of HE-4 and MIP-3αin patients with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without metastasis,and the serum Bax content in patients with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis was significantly lower than that in patients without metastasis,with statistical significance(P<0.05).serum HE-4 and mip-3αcontents in lung cancer patients were significantly positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05);serum bax content in lung cancer patients was significantly negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum content of Bax,HE-4,MIP-3αin lung cancer patients is significantly different than that in healthy control group,and may be related to lymph node metastasis of lung cancer,which has certain clinical value for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
