摘要
随着“双碳”目标的提出,低碳物流再次成为学术界研究的重点,而绩效是反映低碳物流的重要指标,因此为测量剔除环境因素和随机因素后的枢纽城市低碳物流绩效,文章构建了三阶段DEA对枢纽城市低碳物流绩效进行评价,提出考虑低碳环境影响因素的投入产出指标体系和环境变量通过线性函数将非期望产出碳排放转换为期望产出。结果表明,在剔除环境因素、随机因素后,枢纽城市的平均综合技术效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率都有所提升。通过将枢纽城市分为南方与北方的研究发现,南方枢纽城市整体平均要好于北方枢纽城市。
With the proposal of the“dual carbon”target,low-carbon logistics has once again become the focus of academic research,and performance is an important indicator to ref lect low-carbon logistics.Therefore,in order to measure the low-carbon logistics performance of hub cities after excluding environmental factors and random factors,this paper constructs a three-stage DEA to evaluate the low-carbon logistics performance of hub cities,and proposes an input-output indicator system considering low-carbon environmental impact factors and environmental variables to convert unexpected output carbon emissions into expected output through a linear function.The results show that the average comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of hub cities have been improved after excluding environmental factors and random factors.By dividing the hub cities into the south and the north,it is found that the overall average of the southern hub cities is better than the northern hub cities.
