摘要
目的:探究CT与MR影像学检查在肝细胞癌临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年10月江苏省南京市第二医院收治的80例被确诊为肝细胞癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均行CT诊断和MR影像学检查,对比两种方式的诊断效果。结果:CT诊断和MR诊断的准确率分别为88.75%(71/80)、98.75%(79/80),MR诊断的准确率高于CT诊断,差异显著(p<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:针对肝细胞癌患者实施MR诊断,可以取得更加准确的诊断结果,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application of CT and MR imaging in the clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:80 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanjing City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent CT diagnosis and MR imaging examination to compare the diagnostic effects of the two methods.Results:The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis and MR diagnosis was 88.75%(71/80)and 98.75%(79/80)respectively.The accuracy rate of MR diagnosis was higher than that of CT diagnosis,with significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:MR diagnosis for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma can obtain more accurate diagnostic results,which has higher clinical value and is worth popularizing.
