摘要
江苏油田属于小断块、小储油构造,采用水平井的方式开发,对水平段井眼轨迹的精确度要求高。井斜和方位的测量误差,会使实钻中井底位置偏离预测的井底位置,导致轨迹出层或脱靶。因此,通过方位角和井斜角的测量误差对井眼轨迹的影响分析后发现:若方位角存在误差,则偏离预测井底位置最大位移为Y=1.988e^(0.4326x);若井斜角存在误差,则偏离预测井底位置最大垂深为Y=0.28z。将这种预测方法成功应用到江苏油田HY1HF井,储层钻遇率达100%,能有效地指导水平井轨道设计和现场井眼轨迹控制。
The Jiangsu Oilfield belongs to the small fault block,small oil storage and thin reservoir.It is developed by horizontal well,which requires high accuracy of horizontal well trajectory.The measurement error of inclination and orientation will make the real bottom hole position deviate from the predicted bottom hole position,resulting in trajectory out of formation or the target.Through the analysis of the effect of azimuth angle and deviation angle measurement error on wellbore trajectory,it was found that if there was an error in azimuth angle,the relationship was Y=1.988e0.4326x.If there was an error in the well inclination angle,the relationship was deviated to Y=0.28z.The method of fast prediction of the distance between the actual and the predicted bottom position was developed and successfully applied in HY1HF well of Jiangsu Oilfield.The drilling rate of reservoir reached 100%,which could effectively guide the design of horizontal well trajectory and the control of field well trajectory.
