摘要
目的探讨肝病患者临床干预中应用个性化护理模式的效果。方法将我院收治的肝病患者共68例纳入研究对象,时间为2018年10月至2019年12月,入院后均给予对症治疗干预,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34,给予常规护理干预)与研究组(n=34,给予个性化护理),对比两组干预前后治疗依从性、负性情绪及护理满意度评价。结果干预后研究组治疗依从性明显优于干预前及对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于干预前及对照组,护理满意度明显较对照组更高(均P<0.05);干预后研究组生活质量各维度评分明显高于干预前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理模式在肝病患者临床干预中的应用效果显著,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,进而改善其负性情绪,有利于治疗顺利进行,促进患者早日康复,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing mode in the clinical intervention of patients with liver disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with liver disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were given symptomatic treatment intervention after admission.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the study group was given personalized care mode to compare the treatment compliance,negative emotion and nursing satisfaction evaluation of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the treatment compliance of the study group was significantly better than that before the intervention,and better than that of the control group at the same time(P<0.05);after the intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than that before the intervention compared with the control group,HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized nursing mode in the clinical intervention of liver disease patients is significant,which can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients,and then improve their negative emotions,which is conducive to the smooth progress of treatment,and promote the early recovery of patients,with important clinical value.
