摘要
针对京沈客运专线河北段某强膨胀性凝灰岩地段路基遇水膨胀引起的轨道上拱问题,在地质补勘及现场调查的基础上,分析了托梁式桩板结构的处治机理,介绍了其设计方案和施工工艺,最后采用现场监测评价了托梁式桩板结构的整治效果。结果表明:托梁式桩板结构具有防水、缓胀和加荷三重作用;监测期最大沉降量为4.3 mm,整个监测过程未出现明显的上拱变形,有效解决了强膨胀凝灰岩遇水膨胀引起的路基上拱问题。
Aiming at the problem of track heave caused by water swelling of a strongly expansive tuff section of the Hebei section of the Beijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated railway,based on supplementary geological exploration and on-site investigation,the treatment mechanism of the joist type pile-board structure was analyzed.The design scheme and construction technology were introduced,and the treatment effect of the joist type pile-board structure was evaluated with on-site monitoring.The results show that the joist type pile-board structure has three functions:waterproof,slowing expansion,and adding loading.During the monitoring period,the maximum settlement was 4.3 mm,and there was no significant heave deformation during the entire monitoring process,which could effectively solve the problem of subgrade heave caused by strong expansive tuff swelling in water.
