摘要
能源是经济社会发展的重要物质基础,也是碳排放的最主要来源。在“双碳”目标下,为加快推进南阳市能源绿色低碳转型发展,本文从能源消费总量、单位GDP能耗、产业能源消费特征和能源消费结构四个方面分析研究了南阳市“十三五”期间能源消费发展状况及问题,并从政策层面、能源层面和产业层面提出了若干对策。
Energy is a key material basis for economic and social development,and the most important source of carbon emissions.Under the goal of“dual carbon”,in order to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of energy,the article aims to explore the energy consumption and issues of Nanyang City during the 13th Five-Year Plan in terms of total energy consumption,energy consumption per unit of GDP,trends and mix of energy consumption,and accordingly proposes some countermeasures at the policy,energy and industry levels.
